Once every four years, the world’s premier national soccer teams participate in the FIFA World Cup™. Alberto Carvalho, the Superintendent of Miami-Dade County Public Schools, is asking all students, faculty and staff to join him in support of the bid to bring the World Cup to Miami in 2018 or 2022. The participation of the entire Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ family will go a long way toward ensuring that the world’s most prestigious soccer tournament comes to the United States and Miami.
